Account Information: Your email address, collected when you sign in via Firebase Authentication.
Conversation Content: The text of customer support conversations conducted through Viralia. This content is transmitted to Groq, Inc.'s API servers for AI processing in real time during active sessions. Conversation history is stored locally on your device after sessions end.
Profile Data (Optional): Name, email address, billing address, and last 4 digits of a payment card — only if you choose to enter them in My Profile. This data is stored exclusively on your device using AES-256-GCM encryption backed by the Android Keystore. It is never transmitted to Viralia's servers.
App Usage Data: Basic crash reports and anonymized usage analytics to improve the product (via Firebase Crashlytics/Analytics).
Device Information: Android OS version, app version, and device model — used for bug diagnosis only.
Groq, Inc. (AI API provider): Conversation content is sent to Groq's servers in real time for AI response generation. Groq processes this data under their own Privacy Policy (groq.com/privacy).
Google LLC / Firebase: Your email address is stored with Firebase Authentication. Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics may collect anonymized usage and crash data.

Viralia is an AI-powered consumer communication assistant. ARIA is designed to help you communicate with customer support agents of third-party businesses autonomously — once deployed by you, it reads agent messages and sends replies on your behalf without requiring your approval for each individual message. You retain the ability to take manual control at any time.
ARIA is an artificial intelligence. Messages are generated by a large language model (LLaMA-3 via Groq API) and may contain errors. You are the account holder and the legal party in any customer support interaction. ARIA acts as your writing tool, not as an independent agent with legal standing.
Laws vary by jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Viralia complies with all applicable laws. Some businesses may prohibit the use of automated tools in their Terms of Service.
Subscription Fees: Our primary revenue model.
Aggregate Market Intelligence (Anonymized): We may license fully anonymized, non-personally-identifiable aggregate data to market research firms. This NEVER includes your name, email, conversation transcripts, or any identifying information.

Viralia LLC provides this app "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) total fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months, or (b) $10 USD.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes resolved through binding individual arbitration, not class action.
